We all know Army Design Bureau had been constituted recently(2016).
I must say this is exactly one of the things i expected ADB to do, i.e identify problem statements. with the problems identified in this document alone there is enough for india private defence industry to work on for next 5-6 years. And there are lot of problems here for engineers to solve...
kudos to IA leadership for this initiative.
