Who said that was SU-25 pilot? That is not even a helmet Azeri pilots wear, nor does his uniform look like a flight suit. The guy is most likely a paratrooper, and Armenia probably did not shoot down any SU-25s. Too much misinformation and propaganda from both sides.

Azerbaijan has been making good advances. According to map they finally took Hadrut and many high mountain ranges which is strategically very important. Azerbaijan has claimed many times before that they captured Hadrut but it was lies, maybe they finally got it.

In the mountains and especially around winter the Azeris are going to struggle. Armor is going to get bogged down and drones will have difficult times operating in poor weather. The vegetation will benefit Armenia, unfortunately Armenia has not been able to adapt to new age warfare, specifically drones.
