Stepanakert being shelled since the morning. Hit at least 6 times. Stepanakart under intense shelling. The situation in the conflict zone was relatively stable and tense during the night. Yet yesterday ministry of defense of Armenia published a video of Azerbaijani servicemen running from Mataghis with heavy casualties. The video clearly geolocates to Mataghis, so there is no doubt it is real. Azerbaijan's response?

Today they published a video of raising Az flag in another Armenian village — Talysh (actually the only village captured by them so far), which actually indirectly confirms that they don't have access to Mataghis anymore, so they have to stage a flag-raising ceremony in Talysh.
