The Azerbaijani defence budget is 4x that of Armenia's. It has more manpower, more money, more young men ready for military service than the entire Armenian population. And still, Armenians are whooping their asses.

Almost as classic as Iran vs Saudi Arabia, where Saudi has a 4x budgetary and technological advantage, but still fears Iran.

Or as recent episodes have shown PLA vs Indian Army.
