Israeli will sell technology to anyone, even China. Israel have also sold a lot of weapons to Turks. Israel and Turks have tag teamed on Syria. Israelis don’t like Turks because of their rhetoric and the fiasco with the Palestinian flotilla years ago but they will continue to make money off anyone they can.

What is painful is the Russian foreign minister is half Armenia and more Armenians live in Russia then even Armenia but so far Russia has only called for a cease fire. Azerbaijan, Turkey and Armenia are all strategically important to Russia. It’s ironic though that Russia cares so much about Azerbaijan, it’s more in the Turkish spear of influence rather then Russian.
Both of Ilham Aliyev's (Azerbaijani president) daughters, Leyla and Arzu, are married to the sons of two of the more powerful Russian oligarchs - Aras Agaralov and Aydin Kurbanov. Kurbanov is one of the founders of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress, that holds a lot of political clout in Czar Putin's court.

The Aliyev Dynasty has massive business interests and investments in Russia and Baku acts as Russia's Hong Kong (of the 80s) on many occasions. Naturally, business is what makes the world go around.

Also, Given the massive Caspian oil wealth that Azerbaijan sits on, Putin would prefer Aliyev wean away from Turkey and allow Russians to engage closer.

AZERBAIJANI BTR-82A CAPTURED BY ARMENIAN TROOPS.

If it had been other they would had a Field day. The Azerbaijan troops are poorly motivated and trained and the Turkish Commanders dont knew the battle field well. They lack both the familiarization and Knowledge to plan a effective plan.

Ya'll Nibbiars this is big.
After relative day-to-day decline in intensity of fighting on 9/29-10/1, a new round is underway since this morning: with heavier artillery exchanges & fresh ground attacks. Stepanakert's civilian areas have been hit again. There are reports that Azerbaijan used the Israeli LORA missile to hit a bridge in Kashatagh district with the apparent aim of interdicting main Armenia-NK highway. Az. claimed Armenian Tochka missile strike on Shamkir area. Arm. side denied that but also claimed that it damaged 5 aircraft & 3 helo's presumably in a strike on an airbase either Dollyar in Shamkir or possibly Yevlax, TBD. Ground fighting remains focused on Madagis area in NE & near the Iranian border in south. Earlier today, Armenian side confirmed another 53 servicemen killed in combat since 9/27. The total confirmed now stands at 159, 93 of them draftees 18 to 20 years old. Azerbaijan has yet to report on any of its military KIA's.

I don't think that is quite clear, basically Armenia caught unprepared even after noticing the threat 2 years ago azeris using loitering drones on suicide missions successfully. I think the sttoge that came in after street anarchy did not do anything. This is basically turkey putting their drone attachs against Russian base in Syria on less prepared and less capable country.

I think that stooge is conspiring to game Iran in a wider plan or Putin teaching this guy a lesson. Armenia has Iskanders, so they more than match that threat and for their main land they have treaty with Russia. It is just the negligence on the drones side.

Yes it was, but as a có-development option If I remember correctly. If that's Lora what's stopping Armenia from using Iskandar.
azri's have s-300's, pechora and BUK would be interesting to see if they are effective at all against iskander?

I was expecting a robust response - maybe not childish like Erdogan's but something that speaks in the favour of Armenians in the conflict. Their PM Nikol Pashinyan couldn't have been more clearer in his votes before Abrogation of Article 370.

Also, our ties with Armenia have been quite old. Correct me if I am wrong, but India was one of the first countries to host Armenian Christian refugees when they were being ravaged by the Ottomans. Apparently, we traded even before the existence of Christianity! That's at least 2,020 years old.

We hail our ties to China as the oldest which is definitely a few centuries older than this. But won't be surprised if Armenia is probably one if not the oldest contact we had from Europe (that nomination goes to Greece).
This "host rebugees" is a meme, the actual refugees were only allowed here because of a sizeable population of their fellows, who were traders, Parsis, Armenians, Arabs, Jews, Orthodox Syriacs all had a "base" existing here in the form of traders and merchants.
Aside from old relations, what is happening to Armenia will happen to Bharat eventually, 200-300 years from now, possibly less, which is why we must help them out.
