I think we should safely say that issue is Turkey here, azeris can't do shiet, in more than 4 days they haven't been able to advance at any place, now Turkey is controlling their air assets, aiding them....Armenia can't fight them, that's where France and Russia come. France has shown some signs of actions let's see.

They aren't nuclear tipped but definitely will do a lot of damage if targeted right at Baku and military /commerical Installation.
