Armenia will be getting a grant from India for the development of its communities.

At Thursday's Cabinet meeting, the government of Armenia approved the memorandum of understanding between the governments of Armenia and India on grant support to be provided by India for the implementation of high-efficiency programs for the development of Armenia’s communities.

The aforesaid memorandum was signed on July 4.
Accordingly, it is planned to provide a grant in the amount of 478,272,300 drams (approx. US$1,186,000) to Armenia.

They need the Azerbhaijanis to stir up more AZADEH AZADEH in Iran through their Azeri biraders inside Iran.
Armenians need either US, Russia or Iran to help them out, otherwise their land will be incorporated into Azharbhaijan, the capital Yerevan included.

If they want a Pralay deal, it will take atleast 6-7 years or more fr them to receive one as still only 2 tests have been conducted by India and they will atleast do 6 to 7 tests before giving operational clearance which will aleast take another 3 years .Mass production will take another 3-4 years since priority will be given fr Indias missile needs first . If they want missiles fr their immediate use , I suggest they go fr Agni series variant which is already in mass production and can be delivered in 3 years time.

There were 7 pre induction trials fr Agni 5 which took 7 years to complete. Since Pralay is a smaller system it may take less time but atleast 3 years am expecting.
