There is a good chance that US and european nato friends might not support Turkey even if Russia intervenes fully on behalf of Armenia.. As long as Turkish homeland is not invaded NATO wont interfere.. And because Turdogan has been acting uppity in Libya, Syria .. with Greece.. They might as well watch Turkey get burnt while muching on popcorn..

Damn, despite all the news surrounding her it's amazing how she backed her old/parental country with detailed thread, her PR guys proly wrote that but still amazing to see that. And now I realise the fact that was stated by someone in this thread earlier that they(Armenians) enjoy a well enough soft power in West, people like her will raise the issue in favour of Armenia for sure, a positive outlook for Armenia imo.

I came across this video on Reddit a while ago. It shows Armenian military journalists getting shot by Azeri snipers. Yet these guys continue recording & survived.




A Reddit comment on what is happening:
"These two (sort of combat) journalists do reports from the Line of Contact and ran into Azeri sniper fire when coming from a post on the front line.

Cameramen gets hit. The round breaks one leg and wounds the other. The guy stays super upbeat the whole time plugging their TV program and commenting on the situation.

Throughout the video you can see the rounds impacting within a couple of meters.

They discuss several plans on how to pull back including rolling down the canyon or waiting until dark, ultimately they stay put because the cameramen cant move.

Some soldiers come to try help them around 11:00 but the journalists yell at them to stay back otherwise they'd get hit. All the yelling you can hear is the journalists yelling at the soldiers to not try to help them. More soldiers come and get pinned with the journalists until they all pull back after dark.

Do we know what's the trigger for this war all of a sudden. Could it be due to Armenians opening embassy in Jerusalem or Russians allowing Turkey to teach them a lesson to them. Turkey can't have balls to directly hit a Russian ally. Putin is not too trustworthy these days. Even Iran is talking mediation instead of taking Armenian side.

This might be a golden opportunity for Russia to get into good books of Europe. I am sure majority of Europe would be silently sheering for Russia to show Erdogand his place. Again it depends on Russians not having under the table deal with turkey.

it's a peculiar situation brewing there.

though bleak but there is a chance that some NATO countries like France and Greece can support Armenia. then NATO will definitely not be on Azerbaijan's side.

we'd throw our weight and try to block any Israeli supply to Azerbaijan. but we won't.
