Abstract: New combat means for destroying low flying targets (planes, helicopters, UAVs,
rockets), which is known as antihelicopter mine, are presented in paper. Military technique of
nowadays used antihelicopter mines was analised. Technical characteristics of mines from
Austria, Russia, Bulgaria and Poland are presented. Also perspectives for using those mines
