It all depends on the initial speed. If it stayed the same is even worse. Heavier penetrator faster loses kinetic energy.

its known muzzle velocity is 1750 m/s

@Farhan, its called "probability of hit" which measure there is a chance of missing the target. It goes worse for moving target. Applies to all modern tanks. See Tue t-72m4 video above, it missed two targets in it

Loading speed in autoloaders depends also how far to feeding chute is cassette with projectile and propelant charge. If such full cassette is closer to feeding chute, loading is faster, if further then loading is slower.

check the second round from left, notice longer rod, estimated calculation fell between 580-600mm for penetrator rod alone.

Rod length is the same for both rounds, they just use a different type of sabot.

Part 4.45, looks like tank stopped while crossing sand Dunes and struggling a lot.
but video looks old, the might have improved it a lot better.

i might be wrong in my assessments

any knowledge why is tank firing while moving plow down, so is it too some sort f tank test?
what is max speed this tank can fire while moving as per video it look bit too slow.
saw video of leopard2 moving and firing lot faster than this.

the whole video is of testing various prototype ploughing, mining equipment developed by Agro Corp, it can fire at 70 kph but the faster you go the less is kill probability.

can fire at 70km/hr didn't knew if any other world tank could do so.
usually its 20-30 Km/hr to fire while moving.

I might be wrong, not a tank expert.

As per the latest Ministry of defence production report

A total of 42 Al khalid were to be built in 2011-12(2x21)

Seems like the production pace is getting up again

I am calculating the possible cost of each Al khalid from the report.I will post it later.though it comes around 2.9million each dont know with the engine or without the engine.
