Jul 2018 - 3 Billion $ deal for 22 apache and 15 chinooks was signed.
Jul 2019 - They started delivering.

i was trolling, that deal had 244 refurbished apaches and 24 new ones. all deals are not structured the same way.
dividing deal value with helicopters received is not a sound logic.
