They only announced that they will bigger rockets in future so far. No further details.

Seems Agnikul design is more powerful and matured than Skyroot aerospace. It’s more like an sounding rocket with high altitude burnout.

AgniKul is building liquid fuel rocket engines (semi cryogenic engines) and their rocket is road mobile based.
Skyroot has announced specifications of its future launchers beforehand, Agnikul has not.

As per the policy, private players can build their infrastructure on ISRO's land. The Agnikul Cosmos' launch pad is only for test launches. They will have to have their own launch infrastructure or use ISRO's facility in Sriharikota.

Humbled to have had the opportunity to bring our Agnibaan SOrTeD vehicle to our Launchpad at SDSC-SHAR on Independence Day to commence integration checks. We thank @isro and @INSPACeIND for their continuous encouragement and support in getting us this far. (1/n)

Agnibaan SOrTeD (Suborbital Tech Demonstrator) is a single-stage launch vehicle driven by Agnikul’s patented Agnilet engine– an entirely 3D-printed, single-piece, 6 kN semi-cryogenic engine. Agnibaan SOrTeD will lift off vertically & follow a predetermined trajectory (2/n)

The trajectory, manoeuvres & various flight events that will occur during the mission have been configured to validate tech integral to the success of our upcoming orbital flights. Lastly, we are excited to be attempting this flight from our own Launchpad at Sriharikota. (n/n)

if its not Agnikul, then it must be TV-D1 planned for Oct 26 as of now

It's a thumba rocket launch 3 part NOTAM weird thing with it is it's very long than usual, just that

Agnikul soon to launch Agnibaan. Since August this year, the startup has been readying Agnibaan SOrTeD (SubOrbital Technological Demonstrator) for lift off from its launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC) Powered by Agnilet single-piece 3D printed engine.
