For first 2 Both Bus and RV are already tested and proven.

For small sized nukes, There's something called computer simulations of nuclear weapons and all advance countries design their new weapons using that technology and we do have robust computer softwares that simulates nuclear weapons design and it's detonation behaviour.
Also as a part of off set for Rafale fighter deal France gave access to their computer simulations to DRDO for further refinements. These softwares are so powerful you don't need the weapons to actually test on field and can directly send to production.

Also thank God you haven't heard Indian nuke as the only place you will hear it, it'll be across the border in either Pakistan or China if anyone of this country mess with India.... 😊
There is something called 'Subcritical testing' for nuke devices. Interesting read.

That is old information, or let's say right information for any missile of any country: reducing the payload to increase the range.
The problem is the payload is decided by the size and weight of warhead or RV, which is much more costly and complicated than developing a new missile.
Nonsense and Idiotic as ever.

Excellent news. When we tested Shakti series in 1998, I remember a Russian scientist saying that India will carry out further 4 test to gather simulation data. He said that generally 4 test of particular type is required for simulation but as the India was very strong in simulation, 3 tests of each type should suffice (Sub Kiloton, Fission and thermonuclear) to collect the DATA for simulation. However, India did not carry out further tests.
