... If an intelligence agency doesn't know about the ongoing project or people involved in it, then its no good. There was no youtube video on BRAHMOS team or people working on it, but still people there got targeted by foreign intelligence.

So just chill.
exactly, by giving faces, names and their work on the project, its extreme security risk.

You know, many of the DRDO/Army/AF scientists/tech specialists mention what project they have worked on in LinkedIn profiles. Even engineering/ management students who have worked on critical projects seem to mention those openly in their profiles.

So you have their names/ college records/ residence/facebook/twitter/personal photos all accessible in a click. Not to mention the digital age and tendency to accept random friend requests surely means we are at a greater risk.

Common............. These things are well known in any intelligence circuit. They are kept under surveillance 24x7 regarding what information they are sharing in open media or in friend circle.

Uploading a video in youtube with face shown is least of the worry for any agency. Programmes like Walk the Talk and Tarmak undergoes scrutiny before getting upload.

take for instance the History channel series on India's surgical strike. The people who were interviewed had there face hidden and voice masked. But just think of the makers. While conducting interview they had seen and heard the real person. So all you need to do is to tap those people to know exactly who were the operatives. Do you think intelligence people don't know and keep tab of these things?

Was looking for this image for a while. Thanks, and yeah it's a beast. Still no updates however.
You won't know the reality untill after 5-6 years of actual deployment. Stop looking for nuke related news on internet. It comes too late.

Loves the tires, really cute. Why until today, DRDO still doesn't develop a decent TEL for Agni-5?
What the need really? China has no capability to stop an Indian first strike. Nor is it possible for china to develop any such capability ! So it doesn't matter where we keep them and how we move them . You can simply watch them helplessly.

No this is not the same TEL which is shown above for A-5 , This is different TEL for may be something little smaller but not for A-5 .

They were testing this beast a while ago . So TEL with huge tyres is not some alien tech out of reach of India.

Can Agni 5 reach Shanghai, right in the middle of the city with 5 mega ton bomb then Chinese watch out? Take your troops out of Ladakh and Sikkim and all other places.

Chinese had these capabilities to threat every India cities for over 40 years while India had zero retaliation capability during the most of times, did India ever watch out and take her troops out of any disputed area?
If India was not scared to death, why do you think Chinese will blink?

Trying hard to be a smartass and still falling short of it

Well save your shit sarcasm for your own country who went crawling to the Belarussian's for their TEL after they failed in trying to copy as usual.

As for what is decent or not China or a Chinese is the last person in this world to offer a opinion worthy of attention.

Agni 5 ICBM Transporter erector launcher
I posted the pic like 2 years back , it is old and discontinued

A newer A5 tel is in production. I have posted it's pic earlier.

I seriously don't understand if somebody post stuff in twitter everybody takes it seriously but post it in forum nobody bothers a glance lol

As for why India does not go for Russian style TEL , reasons are many

1. Costs involved in development and production versus the number required for production is too high to justify it.

2. Indian landmass is not sparsely populated, can't have a tel roaming about with jihadis and commies in every nook and corner of the country.

3. Operational doctrine emphasis tight control of launch assets restricting them to movement to and fro between storage and predetermined launch locations.

( Other reasons are there which I won't mention )

Etc

So Indian TELs does the job perfectly for Indian requirements.

Plus majority of assets are rail mobile , actually there is a surprise feature which I won't mention for obvious reasons.
