Kasab's is yours now, you can do what ever you want to do but the point remains there is not enough evidence to convict Hafiz Saeed, he can rant on in Public but show us the proof against Hafiz Saeed but why not discuss the Indian involvement in 26/11, something I have seen Indians ignore, this business is not a simple one, you people over simplify it :p

BTW are you Indian or Pakistani?

yup i am no one, neither are you

as for altruistic motives, the game is certainly on to outscore each others 'altruistic motives', just wait & see
And how many of the pak army officers were/are involved along with druglords of afghanistan.when serving army officers were arrested forhaving terror links as in cas of attack on mushy then you cant simply white wash that out of 6.5 million men none is involved in drug trade .hope you have watched the Cal. Imam's interview in pakistan. For being in afghanistan you need not to be present there.and sure game is up and sure we 'll play and also see coz india has elephant's patience.

I told you i don't know of any Generals in GHQ involved with Drug Lords, bring them in, PA cannot put a check on every one same implies on every army in world, the fact is that if some rogue elements are involved they are involved for their personal gains,I am in no white washing it, I know no one's innocent in this sh!t something you people don't understand at all,

Afghan Establishment is a Gov of Drug Lords & there are obvious reasons why they are part of it & we all know Hizb-e-Islami is coming into picture, with Indian Analysts talking about having 'Talks with the Good Taliban for Indians' the same group which Indians & you label as the 'pet dogs of ISI' & 'Good Taliban which Pakistan will use', now tell me that Democratic Nation of India will never ever think of talking to Taliban Factions that are sending signals to India, it all happens & game is certainly on

you are yet to give me anything credible about PA Officers involved with Drug Lords, why should i take your word?

so now Indians are down to 'While in Rome DO as Roman do', so much for Moral, Good & Bad Taliban, now we have Moderate Taliban tsk tsk.....

& that too Gullbadin Hekyatmar Yar, after Mullah Bradar ohhhh MY!!!
so where are people which were talking about distinction b/w Good & Bad Taliban, come back & start concluding things

In the wake of a possible American pullout from Kabul next year, New Delhi has sharply re-oriented its strategy towards Afghanistan by reaching out to Gulbuddin Hekmatyar's Hizb-e-Islami party and keeping its door open in case of a reconciliation effort by the Taliban.

While the new Afghan policy is being crafted at the highest levels with National Security Advisor Shiv Shankar Menon playing a lead role, New Delhi is learnt to have made contact with Hizb-e-Islami party even though it knows that Hekmatyar is firmly under Pakistani control. New Delhi is also now amenable to talking to Taliban in case the latter are to open an engagement. This change in Indian posture comes as Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid also talked about reconciling with India.

Top government sources told The Indian Express that New Delhi wants to reach out to the second generation Pashtun leaders like Nangarhar Governor Gul Agha Sherzai, and is with the former Northern Alliance leaders like Marshal Fahim, Karim Khallili and Mohammed Mohaqiq in backing President Hamid Karzai's government.

This fine-tuning of India's position on Afghanistan comes after exchange of views between top diplomats. After the February attack on Indians in Kabul, Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Pakistan-Afghanistan envoy Satinder Lambah and former West Asia envoy Chinmay Gharekhan wanted India to adopt a neutral position in Afghanistan. This essentially meant keeping out of Aghanistan politics but carrying on the development works in the war-torn republic.

This month, this view was nuanced further by the UPA government, with New Delhi now all for an independent or neutral Afghanistan that does not require the crutches of neighbouring Pakistan. According to a paper prepared by the Ministry of External Affairs on the subject, India should back an Afghanistan that keeps out terrorism emanating from Pakistan and does not allow the state to slip back into the violence spiral of 1990s. The sub-text of the paper is that Afghanistan will come under the total influence of Pakistan if New Delhi were to let matters go out of hand.

While a section in South Block wants India to go back to supporting the former Northern Alliance faction, the fact is that all the top six alliance leaders are firmly backing Karzai, including Marshal Fahim, heir of legendary Ahmed Shah Masood, and Uzbek leader Mohammed Dostum. New Delhi is conscious of the fact that its former allies like Iran of the Northern Alliance days are still confused on whether they want the Americans out or the Taliban.

It is in this context that New Delhi wants to reach out to Pashtuns in the south and on the Durand Line while retaining ties with its Northern Alliance friends and President Karzai. So rather than the expected downscaling of Indian engagement in Afghanistan, New Delhi is all for enlarging it, lest it wants to let the republic be dominated by extremist forces of the past.

Karzai is coming to India tomorrow and the brave Afghan police who can not catch a mosquito have nabbed an officer of Pakistan army =omg=

ehh pretty fast but not so fast. ISI is not fool to resort to use of Placement instead of assets. Karzai is trying his best to derail the negotiations US has initiated along with Pakistan with the Taliban fighters for peace. Earlier he tried to hold talks with some selected ones bypassing the US and Pakistan but that plan was busted and he was left red-faced.

It shows the level of thorough investigation and it was Pakistani investigation that India has come to know many things otherwise you guys are still trying to throw arrows in the dark.

One small question why you failed to punish Kasab when according to India, you have proved everything against him.

Go get him ;)

India still failed to find out who killed ATS chief Karkare .

Plus Indians wont like to talk about this, this thing has just disappeared in the mist, Indians just love to over simplify everything down to PA/ISI, a Muslim & wanted in a plot to assassinate Narinder Modi, does it rings bells in minds of Indians? I highly doubt if Indians ever discussed it or even know about it

Abu Jindal, Indian link to 26/11, identified - dnaindia.com

Abu Jindal, Indian link to 26/11, identified
Nikhil Dixit / DNA
Tuesday, February 2, 2010 1:03 IST

Mumbai: Abu Jindal, one of the alleged masterminds of the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai, has been identified by the intelligence agencies. He is said to be Syed Zabiuddin Ansari, sources in the central intelligence agencies said.

This identification establishes the Indian link in the planning and execution of the terror attacks, for Ansari is an Indian hailing from Aurangabad district in Maharashtra. He is wanted in the Aurangabad arms haul case and also in the plot to assassinate Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi.

The lone arrested terrorist of the 26/11 terror attacks, Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, had said in a statement to the special court that a person named Abu Jindal had taught Hindi to the 10 terrorists. Kasab also claimed that Abu Jindal was among the top functionaries of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). Indian intelligence agencies, which have been trying to piece together the jigsaw puzzle, believe that Abu Jindal is Ansari.

According to intelligence sources, they have been able to identify
Ansari based on inputs from arrested terrorists and by matching the voice samples of Ansari and the 26/11 handler who was directing the terrorists through voice-over-internet protocol (VoIP). "We have information that there was an Indian in the LeT control room during the 26/11 terror attacks. Based on intelligence inputs and information provided by arrested terrorists in Kashmir, we believe that the Indian is Ansari, who fled the country in 2005," said a senior central intelligence officer.

Ansari had escaped when a Mumbai police team had seized a huge cache of arms, ammunition and explosives from Aurangabad.

In the raid, the police arrested 11 people who were allegedly linked to LeT and the Students Islamic Movement of India (Simi), but Ansari managed to give them the slip.

"After fleeing from Aurangabad, Ansari went to Bangladesh and from there to Pakistan. He was reportedly last seen in Karachi," the officer said. According to the police, Ansari also played a key role in an abortive plot to assassinate Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi.

An Army captain... thats a serious matter. That is the rank of field officers for ISI. If Pakistan is operating suicide bombers in Afghanistan, The West will have to revaluate the relationship with a rouge nation.

I have heard Obama will be coming down to Sarkozi for more French Troops in Afghanistan, French must raise this issue with US & re evaluate the relationship with Pakistan, let see how long ISAF will survive without Pakistan & BTW we are yet to see the 'proof' so rein your horse
