That's the signature move of Blue Angels (with their F-18s). You get sweaty palms by just watching them fly over you in that formation (at near supersonic speed)!

I don't know Hawks offer the level of control F-18s do......then again Hawks are trainer aircraft...they should be more controllable!
This is the first major incident I can recall of our Suryakiran team.

TRAGIC. Very tragic. This month cant get over quickly enough.

Suryakiran got disbanded after the Hyderabad crash of the Kiran aircraft then we restarted it again with new BAE Hawks this is their first major display event. Even in last Aeroindia 2017 they didn't put much display . Sad again this will go into Limbo . I think its time we replace Hawks with Tejas for the suryakiran . But this accident looks more like Human error than anything to do with Aircraft

From aero India webinar credit SJHA, DELHIDEFENCEREVIEW

Damn that's good

For the Netra AEW&C , primary radar exhibits capability to detect and generate a near weapons grade accurate track within 15 second. And track hundreds of targets at extended ranges at 475 km which is damn pretty good in its category.

It believe it rivals phalcon AWACS in the range department now
How come there are no flights above Nepal when the image was captured?

I am sure there would be atleast one commercial aircraft in the skies above Nepal...

The radar you mention is none other than the SkyCapture recently purchased by India from Israel.
Seems you turned out to be wrong, definitely not SkyCapture

As I mentioned before it's using the radar used in schilka upgrade which Bel manufacturers under TOT, and Bel has inhouse upgraded the entire radar and EO systems with locally developed components.
