Apparently no effort being made to threaten water starvation to coerce Porkis into submission. Any info to dispel this would be welcome. It's clear China's long-term strategic goals are not being planned against by GoI. Recommends being far more pro-active in deepening relations with China's neighbours in East Asia - e.g. supply nukes and arms to Taiwan (though I have to wonder what is the state of India's current capability). China has no water treaty with anyone and yet here is India gifting away 80%+ of its river waters.
