‘Foreign Members of ISIS, Kin Among Those Part Of Fleeing Convoy’
London: Hundreds of Islamic State (IS) terrorists were smuggled out of Raqqa in Syria last month as part of a deal struck by the US and UK armed forces, a media investigation has claimed.
IS fighters and their families were covertly evacuated by American, British and local Kurdish forces from the de facto capital of the terrorist group after it was bombarded in October, and freed to “spread out far and wide across Syria and beyond,” according to a BBC documentary titled ‘Raqqa’s Dirty Secret’.
