Biden is trying to be inclusive.. The appointed person is a doctor...so hopefully the education and experience would come in handy for administration..and may be Levine can tell Biden that doing outrageous things like putting males who identifies as females in a female prison is not a good idea.
Lets see how the american logic goes and how well Levine can persuade biden to be less bimbo when it comes to confusing gender system of Umrica..
