We had plenty of trouble on the economic front
only for the Initial few years of Trump when he was going around accusing countries of benefiting on trade leveraging US trade policy. Almost all economic tension subsided after a good deal.
almost equivalent of being sanctioned
Will u sight some examples.
Our hand was forced on Iran
One of the few countries on which Trump admin was blatantly hostiles. Trump admin for the most part remained more than neutral on Kashmir.
some crazy talk on Pakistan and Kashmir had to be listened too.
Is there a point accounting for Trumps jibber jabber thrash talk.
Biden has appointed some top officials who aren’t hostile to India, his tzar for Asia Kurt Campbell couldn’t be better for India if we tried. His SoS is reasonably well disposed towards India and while the CIA chief has made some comments on Modi and CAA, Kashmir etc, I don’t believe that alone will have any negative impact on relations with India. There are no Silo operators here who will run their own policy, different from SoS or Biden’s pointsman for Asia, Kurt Campbell.
Democrats post 1971 have a policy of heckling us indirectly I don't think it will change now.
Bidens roster of appointees does not matter to us, we already know who they are and what they want the problem will come from non formal issues like NGOs, HR council, UN and Passive support to China and Pakistan.

Heckling in defense deals, renew support to Pakis like obama, restart funding to NGOs and orgns(u know which ones). More mentioning of India in HR reports, force us into climate change deals decline support to our resolutions in UN
In bold everything will happen irrespective of Modi putting on a 56 inch chested show of power, flipping the middle finger to Budhen, his masters and his SM ghulams, or completely laying down his arms and putting his forehead to the floor towards Budhen and Masters like a Namazi does to his God.

Heckling in defense deals ke liye we have other options, they can put their sanctions in their ass if they don't want our sweet, sweet money, i'm sure the MIC faction among Budhen's masters do.

Bottom line is only being assertive and playing hardball with US/Budhen/his Masters will give favorable outcomes to us.

Let me Be a Devils Advocate here, all that BJP has achieved wont help them when they are out of power for the most part they have failed or more so we have failed to create a RW ecosystem. Not only that they have failed to dent the LW ecosystem.
Ford Foundation not banned . Green Peace not banned. NDTV left with some slap to the wrist
All politicians except lalu out of jail, and that too lalu is fixing matches out of his jail cell.
Ram Mandir is under IAS supervision U cant expect it to be a meeca or vatican for hindus at this rate.
Channels like Republic, Sudarshan and zee news will be first to be targeted ones the gov flips back. RW accounts on social media are already being purged.

Just Put urself in the enemies shoes and think
Well BJP insiders admit that an “image conscious” prime minister does not want any adverse publicity in the western press till things have stabilized, especially with the fight against the novel coronavirus having taken front seat .So, why do you think that Hindus don’t get real Hindu party which can enforce their cultural agenda? Brief answer- naivety of Hindus makes them think about nation first and religion later. Although they have only one homeland in the world, they still struggle to make the optimal choice. This all-encompassing attitude of Hindus allows the other slackers to pursue their pointed agenda while taking for granted that stupid Hindus will take care of the economy and infrastructure anyway. From last 7 decades Hindus have been thoroughly secularized by education, media and entertainment whorehouses. Hindus have gone through a good deal of ideological subversion over all these years and that is the reason its a bit difficult to eradicate leftarded ecosystem in such a short span of 6 years without civil war ofcourse.

We had constant tension on trade, anyone from the commerce ministry would vouch for that.

The withdrawal of GSP was similar to sanctioning a portion of our exports.

Post 1971, it was the Republican Nixon who was hostile, India’s great friend was Ted Kennedy, part of democratic royalty. It was Republican Reagan who allowed Pakistan to get nuclear weapons, allied with Pakistan and gave them F16’s . Americans have their policy, regardless of Republicans or Democrats. Bill Clinton , after a rocky few years was responsible for the detente between India &US, working with Vajpayee. It was George Bush Jr. who put a travel ban on Modi even if he was India’s greatest friend otherwise. Obama lacked a partner with MMS but found one with Modi and Biden was part of it.

If we are defensive about NGO’s etc, the fault is ours. We should deal with the Biden Administration on what their principals put out and ignore everything that comes from other sources, handle it as a side affair without placing too high a premium on it.

@Bhumihar Think about it, if Mamta gives monthly allowance to imams while poor Hindu priests go hungry, whose fault it is- momins, who know how to bend the system or Hindus, who don’t know about their priorities? So a reset is needed in the political sphere but for that Hindus need to unite and realize the importance of their identity. Once all political parties realize that there is a certain red line which cannot be crossed without paying heavy political costs, no one will take Hindus for a ride. No one would dare to coin terms like “Hindu terror” for non-existent phenomenon while hounding you with shitlamophobia, even though most terrorist activities are . All these jumlas that ‘economy will improve and have patience’ is like giving lollypop to infants and nothing else. If Hindus themselves are complacent and keep saying that they are very happy with the performance of BJP, , and overtly express their commitment to vote for BJP in 2024, then what makes you think that BJP also won’t start taking Hindus for granted?

Hope "self regulation" is only the PC term for "censorship" and not literally self-regulation.

If it is literally "self regulation" which means they can still do whatever the fuck randiapa and treasonous propaganda OTT webseries bullshit then

May be GoI knows very well that the self regulation will fail. may be giving the OTT and online news channels a final chance to correct its course.
I supppose..nobody should argue that India didnt give them a fair chance before it brings out a clampdown regulation on such platforms.

It's more like this "self-regulation" meme is a perfunctory fig leaf to cover themselves with when public complain regarding the proliferation of blatant randiapa and anti-national propaganda in webseries.

But then we will see what form this supposed "self-regulation" actually takes, it's too early to say now, and I am too pessimistic about the Gormint taking bold moves until they actually do.

Technically CBFC is also a "ratings board" not a censor board, so it could simple be a case of "self-regulation" being only in name.

Govt already has such a plan...we have even discussed that here on DFI some months back..during the delhi riot issue.
I suppose this is one course correction "offer" GoI gave the media companies.
and if it doesnt bring any sort of relief..GoI has to intervene with regulations with stricter compliance conditions.

You are right..its too early to say..
Lets see if their (anti national media's) masters in pindi can match the total investment in stocks of these media companies of they need bailing out cuz of their own antics.

Pindiwalas too piss poor for all that, the best they can do is hawala the black money of the individuals running these media companies in Dubai.

Funding and investment for all these comes from the West, in some way or the other, maybe China also.

There is a high chance that America under commiela and biden would Sanction India for s400 deal...
Pakis would rejoice as always as their big diplomatic victory.
I hope if they even sanction us,they'd be light one and then we could develop our own defence industry, economy and then show middle finger to Biden
They can kiss the sales of the products of their MIC to India good bye if they do this.
And i'm sure a the MIC part of Budhen's various masters will see to it that this doesn't come to pass.

Aside from this there is the very real threat of 11's China looming over American Hegemony.
It is like the WW2/ Cold War scenario.
You can take the Western globalist clique as the Allies, China as USSR, and Trump's 4 years as Hitler reign( sorry for this total meme comparison, but please bear ).
Now if there never was Hitler, the actual WW2 would be between the West and the USSR, which would expand westwards anyway.
And indeed after Hitler was removed, we got the Cold War, which didn't turn hot only because of nukes.

Now since "Hitler" aka Donnie is gone forever, the relations between the Globalist establishment and Xi's China will continue to deteriorate, chiefly because Xi and his clique in the CCP that rule China are nationalist in nature and have a Chinese nationalist vision that clashes with whatever schemes the Globalist Left-Liberals that run the West have, eventually in about 1-2 years they will try needling Xi too, the Protests/Riots in HK pre-Corona were just a taste.

Roaches screwed hard by caatsa :

The sanctions on roaches’s defense industry are now official. The costs to roaches of its S-400 deal with Russia have been enormous, both strategically and economically. Those costs will continue to rise exponentially .

  • Roaches is no longer able to manufacture and sell 900 components of the Stealth fighter jet to the amreekans. This results in an annual loss of $1 billion.
  • Roaches had agreed to sell 30 attack helicopters to porkys for $1.5 billion. But it turned out that the T800-4A turboshaft engines for the helicopter were made by a company, lhtec, that is a joint venture of a britfags company, rolls royce, and of an amreekan company, honeywell. Because of honeywell’s involvement, the sanctions were invoked, and that officially killed the deal.
  • Roaches cannot buy from germany the engine and transmission it needs for the new generation of its very own – “indigenously produced” — main battle tank, the Altay. Roaches ’s Defense Procurement Office has looked everywhere, but so far has been unable to find another seller of components suitable to replace the german parts. Gandu erdogs own vituperative comments on germans as nazis could not have helped. The upshot is that the roaches new battle tank is on hold.
  • Canada placed an embargo on components it made for Roaches “finest armed drone the Bayrktar TB2” – as Bekdil describes it –against the Kurds in Syria, and, against the anti-Islamist forces of General Haftar in Libya. But what finally pushed Canada to a ban on exports to Turkey of the key Canadian-made parts for the Bayrktar TB2 was roaches’s transfer of those drones to Azerbaijan for use in its recent war against Armenia.
  • In addition, the S-400 acquisition has cost roaches its partnership in the amreekan-led multinational Joint Strike Fighter program, which is building the next-generation f35 fighter, the Lightning II. The dismissal from the program will cost Roaches own defense industry around $10 billion. The dismissal also deprives the Turkish Air Force of a strategic firepower asset. To add insult to injury, the F-35s denied roaches will now go to the air force of its rival, Greece.
This is not the only price roaches will have to pay . Roaches has paid $2.5 billion for a defense system it will probably never use. Over the summer, roaches test-activated the S-400 system and then re-packed it again. Quite an expensive device to put back in the box.

Their armed forces is entirely Western equipment dependent, and so are their indigenous defense companies who have had and continue to have JV's with Western( mainly American ) companies.
They were a part of the F35 program for many years, a decade plus I think, that is why you have the "900 components for F35" meme.

Par Soltan Pedishah Roacheb Toyyeb Erdogand ko to hagna hi tha ispe.

There is a reason India's "core" platforms i.e the killy things are all non-Western.
This is why.
Once Western maal is your 100% defense mainstay, they have N ways to creatively screw you over.

Yes, and India won't let a good sanction go to waste. It will place orders for more quantitative Russian systems, such as Armata, anti-ship missiles, and possibly even re-approach the Russians to give AMCA an engine.

Also there's an interesting theory that Air India hasn't purchased a single narrow-body passenger jet since 2014 (its last purchases were a small batch of Airbus A320-214). All its A320-251Neo are dry-leased. Russia's UAC could be talking with Air India for the Irkut MC-21-300, and has just completed trials of the plane with a Russian Aviadvigatel PD14 engine-option (until now all its prototypes used a pair of Pratt-Whitney 1400G).

If it clicks, Air India and Air India Express could land Russia a three-figure order for the MC-21, if Kamala Biden starts street-shittery.

Exactly the reason that joe fella will think twice before sanctioning us. they have seen for decades ruskies taking away top dollars from Us and lusted after them.. Now that they have made some inroads with good deals... i am sure they would not want to give it all away on platter back to ruskies / French....

Amurika is run by MIC fellas.. they are the deep state... and they have a dry spell of 4 years behind them of no wars...they need $$$$$$$$$ and lots of....
