a better explanation must be that nuke sub had problem, it empties its missiles without nukes and missile with nukes must be lying with sub under sea bed.

guy. the tech team of Jl2 has been rewarded one big bonus for the success of JL2 project.. the bonus is much more than the tech team of J20.....

After all, the test of J20 just started while JL2 project now is accomplished.
