PLAAF Mid-air refulers are major tool in Air campaign inside India and in Tibet region..

And yes, they cannot attack that easily into our terrortary coz of massive SAM & AAA deployments..

The WAR depends who attack first, IAF have a edge in this..

Strike group should be smaller, equpped with ECM suit for stealth..

Lets assume 4XSU-30MKI for airdefense and 4XSU-30MKI for ground attack..

Hit them hard hit them quick, simultaneously other bases should be pounded in same time..

And if possible launch airborne cruise missile towards the main bases in Chengdu city..
