I think DRDO is not working on a fuel cell but working on hydrogen generation unit. Most submarines carry hydrogen and LOX in containers...but what drdo is trying to do is carry just LOX and produce hydrogen on board so, we can attain more space for LOX...means more days underwater. How is drdo...

That;s highly impossible....you can't fit Brahmos in torpedo tubes...you need to change the tube design
