How much is the weight of the plate? Why our guys not preferring/using level 4 plates? So it's a rectangle shape plate not a regular body armor plate used by western armies.

@Kunal Biswas I have a few questions for you 1)Why can't we train more SF than foot soldiers...because they can do any mission behind enemy lines,they don't need more rations(Once rations finished SF are trained to earn food,unlike foot soldiers rely on rations) 2)I have seen many old war videos...

So out total budget of 40$ billion 40% is used for capital procurement so that would be 16$ billion.... For total soldier equipment like gun,radio,bpj etc would cost roughlt 3$ billion Take it account for 5 year program 600$ million

Thing is i didn't speak about gun, i just gave rough figure for minimum soldier equipment... With adding gun and other things cost 150k......so 150kx12 lakhs=18k crores which is 3$ billion
