I think that guy is from the MPS police, ie the type of cops we'd recognize, city/local police, he's from one of the provincial/regional/municipal special units...basically SWAT teams.

The new EU funded, ATLAS network JTC for aircraft interventions that was built at the GIS training centre in Italy. It'll be the COE for aircraft takedowns in the EU for LE SOU's. It has multiple classrooms, and several different aircraft sized mockups to practice takedowns.

That's why ATLAS exists, they used it and called in other EU units to help.
