I'll respond to @Kshitij nonsensical rambles elsewhere at a later time. All I can say is either he's a sophisticated troll par excellence or if he truly believes this bullshit, then I can only shake my head.

Non-sequitor. That does not justify being taken over, subjugated and colonised by a foreign power. Well India has some Chinese people too, so does it justify being attacked and take over by PRC? There are many landlocked countries around the world- Switzerland, Nepal, Mongolia, Central Asian...

Keep believing that rubbish but stop peddling it as a fact. So India irritated China for no reason and Chinese were perfectly justified in invading and occupying Tibet?

Nope, you've got a serious itch on your arse or as we say in India "g@9d mein khujli" and you desperately want to transfer that to someone else.

You crapping all over this thread is enough to tell us that our missiles are making the 5 Maowaadis and their masters sit up and take notice.

Doesn't matter what you Chinese think or believe. You are free to have your opinions...Scratch that CCP is free to decide theirs and your views as they want. In the meantime we will continue to define and refine our policies and our systems as we deem fit. If it induces chi-paao shiver, you can...

Clearly you need to look again "The Indian nuclear doctrine also reflects this strategic culture, with its emphasis on minimal deterrence, no first use against non-nuclear weapon states and its direct linkage to nuclear disarmament." Well if better sense has indeed prevailed and you indeed...

Since our non-resident Australia-based Chinese seems to be unusually interested in India's policies, I would strongly suggest to kindly read the speech by the then National Security advisor Shivshankar Menon in 2010 where he clearly outlined a shift in India's NFU policy...

Only goes on to say how little you know. Our NFU was already amended in 2010 and as much as you and the likes of 5 Maowaadis wish, it does not take decades.

Not confusing at all. It means that we will not use nukes PRE-EMPTIVELY if attacked by non-nuclear states, because as you said non-nuclear countries will attack with conventional weapons.Once we are attacked, we can respond howsoever we want, including nuclear weapons if necessary. But in the...

Our no-first-use policy does not apply to nuclear weapon states. In other words, it is not applicable as far as Cheen and Shitistan are concerned.

NKs latest missile broke up upon re-entry, suggesting they have not really developed a workable re-entry system and by extension Napakis too. Cheen not taking any chances it seems.

The Thing is PRC have achieved great things in the past 30 odd years- their economy has grown tremendously, people have become wealthier, infrastructure has expanded rapidly and qualitatively, standard of living has gone up and is generally at par with the best in the world. There's no need for...

UNSC resolutions were written in 1998 after our nuke tests I assume. Since then, India has been granted an NSG waver and is a full fledged member of MTCR, so that thing on missiles does not fly anymore (not that it did matter then anyway).

Now that Agni V is to be handed over to the Strategic Forces Command (SFC), expect a few more user trials before formal induction. The launchpad at Wheeler Island is going to be busy for the next few months. We probably need another launch site to speed up development trials.

    Agni V Missile

I wonder if the missile was fired in a depressed trajectory or with manoeuvres to obfuscate the real range.
