Apparently even the 'complacent Indians' have very credible design capability in many sectors you mentioned. That makes you look really bad. Complacency is a characteristic trait of our bureaucrats, not technocrats.

Really ? May I know in how many of these fields do you have any design capability ( Strategic systems such as BMs & CMs excluded). Anyway, the only AS 9100 C certified firm in Pakistan is PAC. So much for 'aerospace ecosystem'.
