    my advice, let go of these notions of bravado when it comes to India's foreign policy. it doesn't matter which party is in power. aggressive posture of countries take years of build up, they don't happen just like that. just like in military, foreign policy too has an escalation ladder.

    ideally yes. but my understanding is GoI relies on G2G relationship. GoI does not seem to have the capacity to cultivate groups, definitely not at the scale of U.S and China.
