Saudis have PAC2 which is optimized for anti aircraft not antiballistic or anticruise missile. PAC3 is a different beast. It's optimized for anti bsllistic and anti cruise missile with secondary role as anti aircraft. In fact, PAC3 will be the main missile for the US-German MEADS missile system.
