Sorry, Tomahawk only uses hardened warhead but Storm Shadow in the diagram uses a shaped warhead to punch initial hole wherefrom the main warhead goes into, a smarter arrangment.

Welcome back! What you said is not entirely true since USMC's F-35Cs are already FOC. Also, even at mostly IOC, the F-35 program has already exceeded the flight hours of Rafale. So as a program the F-35 has now more experience operating F-35 than the Dassault operating Rafale.
