If there is a requirement for AAA, better to go for the SkyShield/Mantis gun on the TATA truch. It would be AAA+C-RAM. If the requirement is of a tracked platform, then mount the same turret on a Arjun hull.

AFAIK, AAA rate of fire is too low for effective use against CM. CIWS is a better bet.
