Exactly. There may be a benefit of making new posts in a few select strategically important areas, but doing that everywhere is not necessarily desirable.

I think it would be unnecessary to occupy their posts. Their posts would probably be facing us and we need to make posts at locations that suits us, can look on their side and have backup from our side. Happy to be corrected.
