    Scorpene deal was signed in a congress govt's era, which represents very typical type of mindset about India. Now we are talking about entirely different India. India's requirements are different. Indeed India needs more subs. But more Scorpene doesn't suit our requirements. Correct me.

    It is better to have another expense of (new) tooling for P75I. Even after spending for it, other subs are way cheaper than Scorpene class. Save money for (new) tooling is not that good idea here.
