The Air Force had asked HAL to improve on the build quality, it had demanded that certain components from Airframe, mechanicals and internal electricals should be interchangeable at the respective squadron base level workshops itself. HAL has to correct it before delivering the other aircrafts.

Its highly impossible to feel the "G's" that the FOC variants can touch on an LSP flight. I am aware that only 1 FOC has been delivered yet and that exactly what my point is.

Aren't all trainer versions like that? Anyone can take command of the aircraft, its not that the pilot behind would not have a flight control stick.
