@Decklander the portion covered by the blue tarpaulin over the flight deck are seems like some kind of weapon ramp as against as we predict before it to be the Island bridge. another such arrangement can be seen at the back of the ship behind the aircraft lift area.

Another point to be noted is an angled deck if constructed would have interfered with the movement of the cranes.

yes the portion is yet to be completed Maybe it is launched in water at the capacity of the dry dock that is the dry dock cannot take more weight for later flooding and releasing the ship or maybe to engage the dry dock for other purpose as the hull is already float worthy and under body...

not sure what you mean but the hull have been floated out as per the capability of the dock even the whole of the flight desk is not been complete.
