Are you talking about Laputa : Castle in the Sky? Because I never heard about anime series or movie called Lapatau. I don’t think Laputa: Castle in the Sky is based on Dharmic Epic. Laputa which is a flying island is based from the book Gulliver’s Travels written by Jonathan Swift.

I would recommend Ergo Proxy, Claymore, Golden Kamuy, Devilman Crybaby, Attack On Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist and FA Brotherhood. All these are similar to Hellsing and Castlevania

Knights of Sidonia, Stein;Gate and Genocidal Organ. I never watched Genocidal Organ before so I don’t know much about it I think you can search up online reviews on it but other two series are very good you should try them.

I meant Psycho Pass has a good story like AOT and Parasyte. It’s not entirely similar to Ghost in the Shell but they come in the same genre.

Has anybody watched Psycho Pass? It’s an excellent Anime on the likes of Parasite and AOT. It primarily focuses Genres of Action, Cyberpunk, Psychological, Police and Crime you could say it similar to Ghost in a Shell but less to do with Cyborgs.
