I still believe India should have purchased the rights to build and develop a 2-Seat Strike Version of the PAK-FA. Something like a 5th Generation F-15E/K. Which, would be a market untapped.....

The US hardly thinks "All Future Air Combat" will be at BVR. Yet, the majority will and that is supported by fact. Regardless, the F-22 and F-35 will be more than capable of handling any fighter in WVR Engagements.

The PAK-FA and J-20 are larger twin engined Fighters. That will be constructed in the hundreds. While, the F-35 is single engined and likely to be built in the thousands......... In short the odds are the F-35 will be cheaper to produce and maintain than either the PAK-FA or J-20.

We have no information to suggest the PAK-FA has better range than the F-22. Let alone "Twice" the range..........
