How can Pakistan force/entice the world (west) to start bankrolling Afghanistan? Assuming they are not interested looking at how things are going. Will 24x7 propaganda on "poverty" do? Or probably a bigger ISIS attack somewhere? Or maybe something else?

It's okay if you believe that. I don't... India worked for it's own interests. Pakistan worked for it's own too. Both had to incur some cost. We had to shell out a few billion $$, and Pakistan wasted it's 20 years, and counting.

Yes, Pakistan worked for it. For 20 years. Sorry, I don't think anyone has the appetite for the same result here. When we increase our capability, we will obviously flex ourselves.
