We all don't know the exact perf of the Tejas and JF17 radar. Those are very secret datas, and depend of so many parameters.... (how each bird is loaded, is it in front, on side, clutter treatment, electronical environnment etc...) I think (and expect) russian and chinese electronical exuipment...

Sensor fusion is not an easy technologie. It can be just a copy and past of all the differents sources (radar, IRST, electronic counter measures feed backs) on a single screen.... Or a smart comparison of the differents input so as to remove the "false" alarm and present a clear and well...

Turks have 5th gen ? It's not because you have a jet with internal weapons bay and twin outcantered tail that it ias a 5th gen operationnal fighter. As for now KAAN is a nice aero show jet. The first video of it in the sky shows a bird flying slowly, in a straight direction, with landing gear...

Mk2 is a totally new aircraft. Like SH18 is to FA18, or Gripen E to Gripen C. 2027 for serial production is absolutely impossible : All new bird need 4 years for field test. As the new bird has no prototyp or preserial unit ready so far, the air campagne will end in >2027. The industrial ramp...

To be able to produce the whole parts of an engine don't give you the keys to study and fine tune a brand new one. See China exemple : they produced parts of russian engine copy for years but face major problem to developp their brand new one. And Turkey is one or two leagues behind China....

M88 was studied in 3 variants : M88-2 for 7.5tons of thrust. M88-3 for 9 tons. Already tested (for UAE, and not only) M88-4 for 11.5 tons. only on paper so far, but maybe used for the SCAF prototyp because SAFRAN hold the lead for NEFE (New European Fighter Engine) the -3 or -4 may be usefull...

Same wings but with closed coupled canards all is changing (not the case with long coupled canards...). The wing lift is really changed, not only increased. With close coupled canards the center of lift is also moving.

See the SH18 experience : it was seen as a "simple" evolution of legacy F18, but it was not. The result was less potent than intended, and take more time also.

No. Without the french help it would have need far more time to integrate it. The weapon was an israeli one, the weapon system was french. No key of the weapon system, no integration (at least no easy integration).
