Are you brain dead, Paki ? This deal is with "Russia" not with Thales or IAI or any other Indian Defence entreprise, HAL will be the system integrator. Just like F-35's cost is $65 million but it zooms to ~$150 million when you consider Avionics and other things integrated by DoD.
