This can be easily avoided laying multiple train lines. I would prefer elevated corridor for HSR trains.

We Indians have a special capability. We will make a bullet train run at 150 kmph. Routes in IR are over saturated . It means a track is handling more trains than its capacity. Due to which heavy maintenance is required. Then temporary speed restrictions are placed where work is in progress...

If this is true then I am very sad. We are achieving something great but nobody is documenting this.

The main problem in Railways is during peak times ( festival seasons) people with un reserved tickets get into reserved compartments and occupy reserved seats. And they hesitate to move even seat holder arrives.
