This rcs talk is non sense. A fighter with external stores (drop tanks, munitions, etc) will be picked up from very far ! Essentially - A Su 30 and Tejas will be picked from round about same distance ! So in most mission profiles - RCS will not matter. Only exception perhaps is CAS missions...
