I don't think Pinaka rockets will be employable as SRBMs they will be more in the class of Russian Smerch rockets than American ATACMS. They will be rumouredly in 300mm+ class up from 214mm class of 40km Pinaka and the warheads will field submunitions akin to Smerch. Lahore is easily under...
