The standard load out of the US Army and USMC is 7 mags but from what I hear, their soldiers would often carry more depending on the duration of their mission. 4-5 mags may be enough for an RR patrol party but in an active war against a conventional opponent, you'd need at least twice of that...

Nah, that's just the base pay - you add all the allowances like DA etc and the inhand salary should be in the neighbourhood of 40k.

Weapons are alright but the rest is just pure abysmal.
