Defence can be the next big area for employment, that is if BJP plays it's cards right. Even just taking the domestic consumption, I am sure the employment would be on par with IT sector. In few years with decent export orders, a really bright future.. That is if our politicians play nice!

Are there any plans to share the work with private parties? If the order is 100+ I am sure govt can engage private parties to set up production and assembly lines. Imagine the amount of jobs and expertise private parties would get out of this step!
