I don't think the construction was ever halted, may be it was on slow pace. . They are saying that the working is in progress and orders for other equipment are given already.. So nothing to worry, may 19000 crores will make increase the pace of working. All the best to Navy

i guess we get something new in IAC 1 which can dominate others in the region. its really not good to expect this much from our engineers because this our first one but hope for IAC2 might we get something new in design or some other aspects.
