I think all we can hope for is 3 Carriers in 2040. The plan is to have one carrier in construction at any given time. So when Vikrant is delivered, the next one will start. Assuming 10 year timeline for Vishal, its delivery can be expected by 2028/29. Vikramaditya may be retired by 2040.
