Which GSLV is he speaking about? When are we going to launch Mk lll. GSLV l is funds being thrown down the drain. Just close the project and concentrate on Mk lll. Mk lll was initially supposed to fly in 2009, then 2010, then 2011 and now even 2012 looks unlikely. Not good.
