    I've read that the F-22 stealth is more optimized against X-band radars. But PAK FA will have 2 x-band and 2 L-band radars on it and that would probably neutralize the stealth advantage of F-22 over PAK FA. Though i'm not sure and have no good knowledge about those radars n all :p Link ...
