    Indian diaspora doesn't imply bringing people to india; it is the aspiration of a people to connect with/discover their roots. Roma are distantly related to the marwaris.

    I don't know if you meant something else but Roma are of Indian origin and speak/spoke a native language of Indo-Aryan origin. Romanians are a slavic people who speak a romance language. Roma are spread across all of Europe; while Romanians are concentrated in Romania and Moldova, primarily.
